          LifeSpan put me in touch with SRT, Inc. to complete a warranty motor replacement on my treadmill. Michael immediately got in touch with me to schedule an appt at a time that worked for me. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and left the area better than he found it. He also gave me tips on extending the life expectancy of the machine as well as noise reduction. 10/10 highly recommend.

           Michael (and at times his son) are easily the best equipment techs in the area. As a gym owner I work with a number of different vendors. Nobody is as thorough, honest or knowledgable as SRT. If Michael does not know the solution, he will research the problem vigorously until he knows how to fix it for you. Michael has a level of pride in his work that is rarely seen but very much appreciated.

           I had a great experience with this company today! Michael Hollman was responsive, helpful and informative. He returned texts and phone calls and emails! He showed up when he said he would! And his focus is on getting your equipment up and running again AND doing it right. This business is operated by a real professional, and I highly recommend them!

         Mike was a huge help getting our unique cross-rower back to working. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issues in a timely fashion. Great communication when working out our schedules and was on time for every appointment. Excellent job and I absolutely recommend Mike for your repair job.

            I wanted to thank you again for your multiple trips to my house to fix the problems I was having with my Nordic Track and Bowflex. The Nordic Track is much quieter and so is the Bowflex. I have used the Bowflex several times with the beautiful new cables that you made. They certainly won’t rip apart any time soon and no more squeaking. I am still learning how to man handle the contraption that holds the rods in place when I am not using the machine. As Dick and I told you, the fact that you are genuinely interested in understanding and fixing problems sets you apart from most other people who claim to know what they are doing. Finally, thank you so much for letting me follow you around and answering my many questions. I learned a lot.

          Mike went above and beyond the call of duty with our elliptical machine.  He drove over an hour one-way to help us three times and was able to fix our machine in the end.  We had been scammed by another company and were very frustrated, but Mike redeemed the industry and we will never call anyone else for repairs again.  Call Mike if you really want to get the job done!

          I highly recommend Michael.  I was quoted $500 for new belts and labor.  He came our said the machine just needed to be cleaned and tightened.  $121 later I am a happy customer.  These guys do a great job, he was early to my appointment and the charge was way less than quoted.  What more can you ask for.

          I've moved my professional grade weight equipment many times between states over the past 20 years. Often the equipment is damaged (e.g. stripped bolts) and parts lost or misplaced by the movers who disassemble. For my present move, I contracted with Michael Hollman, and the experience was entirely new and refreshing. Mike not only treated my equipment as if it were his own, (very precise packing and wrapping) but as he disassembled and packed, he placed himself in the shoes of the future assembler at the distant end. He kept in mind how HE would like to receive the equipment if he were the future assembler. This was the first time I experienced this consideration and forethought in a professional fitness tech. I would use Mike Hollman again - without question.

          I would strongly recommend sports and rec techs. Michael was professional and provided the requested moving services in a timely and professional manner. We needed to move our equipment up a flight of stairs in a new home with brand new hardwood floors and freshly painted walls and it was accomplished with no damage.
